Justine has been with Ascot Enterprises for 31 years and has experience in many facets of the Window Treatment industry.
*As a plant manager for 16 years, she knows product specifications and construction.

Q: Will the colors be slightly different than what is on my screen?
A: We make every attempt to show each product’s color accurately on our website. The differences in colors and textures may not be the same on all monitors. Sample swatches are available to see a more accurate color, but may still have a minor variation due to the dye lot of the materials.
Q: Is it possible for me to get samples or swatches of fabrics to look at before I order?
A: Yes. We can certainly send out a swatch or two, if you’d like to see what the actual color and texture of the fabric looks like. This will ensure that you feel comfortable in your choice. Please fill out the information on the Contact Tab of this site.
Q: Do the window treatments come with everything I need to install them?
A: Currently Ascot is supplying the actual product: Valances, Drapes and Sheers. However, we will be adding Decorative Rods to our offering very shortly. And, with the Decorative Rods, the Brackets are included. You will just need your own screws and necessary tools to install them.
Q: How do I clean my new window treatments? Can they be machine washed?
A: We suggest having these items Dry Cleaned Only…. However, hand washing in cold water and line dried should not be a problem. I would avoid machine washing and certainly machine drying them though. You may want to steam or press out the wrinkles with an iron on a low setting.
Q: Is it possible to buy other products from Ascot that will coordinate with my new drapes and valances?
A: Yes. Ascot plans to continue adding new products to our website very shortly. Our plan is to add Decorative Rods (in Nickel & Black finishes) and 1 ½” White Wood Blinds to the line up first. Next will be Bedding, Accent Pillows and much more!! Stay tuned often!!
