Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact Ascot’s Customer Service for assistance.  We will do our best to make things right and to make you a happy customer.

 As mentioned in our FAQ section, we are able to send fabric swatches to verify color accuracy before placing your order; as colors may vary on different devices.

 If you have a quality issue or if you receive the wrong item and want to make an exchange, please contact Ascot’s Customer Service within 30 days of receipt to correct the problem.

 Items requested for return must first be authorized by contacting Customer Service. Please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for the return along with the original order number received when order was placed.

 Please understand that we cannot accept return of items that have been improperly washed or dried outside of our suggested methods on our website and in compliance with attached care labels on the goods.

 After Ascot’s review of your return, you will then be contacted.  If the return is authorized, you will be sent an RGA with directions on how to return the item. However, if the return is denied, we will provide the reason for our decision.  Products returned with an authorization (RGA) will be replaced and returned as quickly as possible at NO CHARGE.

 Any damage resulting from shipping or during delivery must be reported to Customer Service within 5 days.  Photos of the condition of  boxes and product would be helpful in making determination on how to proceed.

 The exception will be that ANY item ordered from our ‘CLOSEOUT’ offering is a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
